General Conditions Workshops

Accepted Answer

1. Registration takes place via the workshop registration form on this website or that of the collaborating parties.
2. The registration is final upon registration. Confirmation of participation takes place in the order in which registrations are received.
3. After registration you will receive a confirmation of the registration by email.
4. EVOOOSOMMELIER (hereinafter ES) is entitled to postpone the workshop to a later date in the event of, for example, insufficient participation, availability of the teacher(s) and course space. You will be informed of this no later than 4 days before the start of the workshop. Should this occur, you have the right to cancel without charge, provided that you have been notified within 48 hours.
5. ES reserves the right to make organizational and/or substantive changes to the workshop program.
7. One is not entitled to hand over or use course material in any way to third parties without the express written permission of ES.
7. If you want to cancel a registration, the following procedure applies:
- cancellation up to 3 days before the start is free of charge.
- if canceled up to 2 days before the start of the workshop, 50% of the workshop amount will be charged.
- in case of cancellation within 24 hours before the start of the registered workshop, there is no possibility of catching up or transferring to another workshop, unless in the opinion of evoosommelier special circumstances due to force majeure can be invoked.
- the full cost of the workshop must be paid by the participant.
- a substitute may be sent at any time, provided that notification is made up to 2 hours before the start of a workshop;
- Participation in the workshop at a later date is possible, provided this is communicated at least 2 days before the start of the workshop;
- if you stop participating in whole or in part after the start of a workshop, you are not entitled to any refund of the course costs;
- cancellation must always be made by e-mail. The e-mail date and time of receipt are assumed.

EVOOSOMMELIER (abbreviated ES) can process personal data about you, because you use the services of, and/or because you provide it yourself when filling in a contact form on the website. ES may process the following personal data:
- Your first and last name
- Your address details
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your IP address

Why and how long ES needs your data.

ES processes your personal data to be able to contact you by telephone if you request it, and/or to be able to contact you in writing (by e-mail and/or by post) if you cannot be reached by telephone. In addition, ES may use your personal data in the context of performing a contract for services concluded with you, usually consisting of legal services. ES does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. Your data will not be kept for longer than one year if no agreement is concluded with you.

General visitor data is kept on the ES website, including the IP address of your computer and the time of retrieval and data that your browser sends. This data is used for analyzes of visit and click behavior on the website. uses this information to improve the functioning of the website. This data is anonymized as much as possible and is not provided to third parties.
 
ES can use Google Analytics to keep track of how users use the website and how effective the Adwords ads on Google search result pages are. The information thus obtained, including the address of your computer (IP address), is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Read Google's privacy policy for more information. You will also find the privacy policy of Google Analytics here. Google uses this information to keep track of how our website is used, to provide reports about the Website to ES and to provide its advertisers with information about the effectiveness of their campaigns. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or insofar as these third parties process the information on Google's behalf. ES has no influence on this. ES has not given Google permission to use information obtained through Analytics for other Google services.
