EVOOOSOMMELIER (hereinafter ES) is entitled to postpone the workshop to a later date in the event of, for example, insufficient participation, availability of the teacher(s) and course space. You will be informed of this no later than 4 days before the start of the workshop. Should this occur, you have the right to cancel without charge, provided that you have been notified within 48 hours. 5. ES reserves the right to make organizational and/or substantive changes to the workshop program. 7. If you want to cancel a registration, the following procedure applies: - cancellation up to 3 days before the start is free of charge. - if canceled up to 2 days before the start of the workshop, 50% of the workshop amount will be charged. - in case of cancellation within 24 hours before the start of the registered workshop, there is no possibility of catching up or transferring to another workshop, unless in the opinion of evoosommelier special circumstances due to force majeure can be invoked. - the full cost of the workshop must be paid by the participant. - a substitute may be sent at any time, provided that notification is made up to 2 hours before the start of a workshop; - Participation in the workshop at a later date is possible, provided this is communicated at least 2 days before the start of the workshop; - if you stop participating in whole or in part after the start of a workshop, you are not entitled to any refund of the course costs; - cancellation must always be made by e-mail.
